Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern the use of the Flowyy powerbank-sharing service operated by Flowyy GmbH. By renting a powerbank or using our app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Flowyy provides shared powerbanks at stations hosted in partner venues across Europe. You can rent a powerbank by tapping to pay with NFC (phone or physical card) or via the Flowyy app, and return it to any Flowyy station.
2. Pricing & deposit
- The rental fee is €1.75 per 30 minutes, capped at €12 per day.
- A refundable deposit of €24.99 is authorised when you rent and released once the powerbank is returned.
- Prices shown at the station or in the app at the time of rental apply.
3. Return & non-return
- You must return the powerbank to any Flowyy station within 48 hours.
- If it is not returned within 48 hours, the €24.99 deposit is retained and the powerbank is considered yours to keep. No further charges apply beyond the deposit.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use powerbanks only for their intended purpose, not to tamper with, damage or resell equipment, and to comply with applicable laws. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and our payment processor). By renting you authorise the applicable charges and deposit hold.
6. Liability
Flowyy is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for damage to your device arising from misuse. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. for intent, gross negligence or personal injury).
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
As the service is provided immediately at your request, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once performance has begun. Details and any exceptions: [insert jurisdiction-specific withdrawal terms].
8. Cancellation & changes
We may update these Terms and our pricing. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law & disputes
